    • 3 lbs Yams or Sweet Potatoes, (Fresh (about 4 medium, weighing about 12oz ea.))
    • 5 Tbsp Butter, (softened, divided)
    • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Brown Sugar ((sweet or sweeter!))
    • 3/4 tsp Vanilla
    • small Pinch of Cloves
    • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
    • 1 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
    • Toasted Pecans
